My Cupcake pop-up at Tramsheds is my third time at the Artisan Lane. I am very happy to those who bought my fluffy and decadent cupcakes during those two events last December. This third event is special because I dedicate it for two reasons. First it is my parents 5oth golden wedding anniversary, but I am sad because my Mum passed away five years ago. Still, I dedicate this pop-up with my new fluffy cupcake flavour "Coconut Lime" to my parents.

The second reason is very significant, we are all aware of the alarming bushfires all over Australia most especially in New South Wales. Being a permanent resident of this country that I choose to call home, I am deeply saddened with all these bushfires. I dedicate this third pop up to the firefighters and victims of bushfires and I just want to do my little share of donating a percentage of my earning  to the NSW Rural fire service. I look forward seeing new and familiar faces this Saturday, 11th of January 11 am to 5 pm.
