As the nation celebrates Australia day, I want people to find time to smile in spite of the environmental crisis we are going through. Hope my colourful and flavourful cupcakes bring joy to those who will buy and have a bite.  I wish they can bring home a box and be able to share it with their mates or loved ones. 

I look forward meeting familiar and new faces on my next pop-up, in a roof I now call my "pop-up home" - Tramsheds. I will be at the same sweet spot  at the Artisan Lane and would happily welcome people coming in. In celebration of  Australia day,  I will be giving a slice of my special cake to early bird customers.
